Directions:

Vinaigrette & Salad:
  1. In blender add half the strawberries and all of the vinegar, honey, olive oil and salt.
  2. Turn blender on medium speed and slowly add oil until emulsified.
  3. Season with pepper. Makes Two Cups Vinaigrette
  4. In bowl toss greens, rest of strawberries and enough vinaigrette to taste.
Fresh Cheese:
  1. Bring milk to slow boil.
  2. Add lemon juice.
  3. Continue to simmer for three minutes.
  4. Let stand for 15 minutes then strain through cheesecloth.
  5. Garnish salad with cheese.

  • 1 Gallon Whole Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice, fresh
