Directions:

  1. Boil the shrimp and scallops separately.
  2. Drain well and add to a double broiler.
  3. Steam Steamer Clams
  4. In a skillet, brown salt pork. Add onions sauté until translucent.
  5. Add onion, salt pork, and remaining ingredients to the double broiler.
  6. Mix well and cook on medium heat.
