Yield: 2 Dozen Cookies Cooking Time: 1 Hour Difficulty: Easy Full Episode: A Taste of San Antonio (Season 5)

Directions:

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixer.
  2. Add the vanilla.
  3. Put mixer on low and slowly add the flour.
  4. Fold in the pecans.
  5. Roll individual cookies in small crescents and bake at 300 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
  6. When they come out of the oven let them cool, until warm enough to handle, toss the cookies in powdered sugar to coat and serve.
