Maple Peanut Brittle
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Maple Syrup
- 2-3 cups Roasted Peanuts
Directions:
- Melt butter.
- Mix in sugar and maple syrup.
- Bring to boil, clip on candy thermometer, and boil until temperature reaches 295 degrees.
- Remove from heat and immediately add roasted peanuts.
- Immediately spread mixture onto greased cookie sheet. Let cool and break into pieces.
