Asian Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- ½ cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Siracha (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 Green Onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 4 leaves Iceberg Lettuce, whole large
- Salt and Pepper
Topping:
- 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Combine all ingredients for the burgers except for the iceberg lettuce in a large bowl. Work the ingredients together with hands or using a fork.
- Form the mixture into four 4-ounce patties and place on baking tray that has been fitted with a baking rack.
- Bake the patties for 15 minutes. Once they have cooked place them on top of the iceberg lettuce.
- To make the topping, combine and toss all of the ingredients. Place a spoonful on top of each cooked burger.
