Burger With Flyte’s Signature Cheese and Sauce
Ingredients:
Burger Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 each Pepperoncini
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce (Crystal Brand)
- ½ clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Malt (rompo) Vinegar
- 1/16t Xanthan Gum
- ½ cup Grape Seed or Vegetable Oil
- ½ Egg Yolk
Directions:
Sauce:- Combine everything except the oil in a blender.
- Turn blender to high and slowly drizzle in the oil. Season with salt.
