Burger With Flyte's Signature Cheese and Sauce

Ingredients:

Burger Sauce:
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 each Pepperoncini
1 teaspoon Hot Sauce (Crystal Brand)
½ clove Garlic
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Malt (rompo) Vinegar
1/16t Xanthan Gum
½ cup Grape Seed or Vegetable Oil
½ Egg Yolk

Directions:

Sauce:

Combine everything except the oil in a blender.
Turn blender to high and slowly drizzle in the oil. Season with salt.
