Strawberry Cobbler

Ingredients:
- 6 C Strawberries
- ¼ C Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 C All Purpose Flour
- ¼ C Old Fashioned Oats
- ¼ C Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ C Butter, cubed
- ¼ - ½ C Buttermilk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 370F. Grease 8x8 baking pan with butter. Set aside.
- Wash and dry strawberries. Remove stems. Quarter strawberries and add to baking pan.
- Toss strawberries with maple syrup and vanilla.
- To make topping: mix flour, oats brown sugar, salt and baking soda in large bowl. Cut butter into flour mixture until butter is size of small peas.
- Add buttermilk until mixture is moist, while maintaining a slight crumbly texture.
- Spoon topping onto strawberries.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
- Optional: Serve warm and pair with ice cream. Enjoy!
