Hummus

Ingredients:
- 2-15oz cans Garbanzo Beans
- ¼ C Tahini
- ¼ C Lemon Juice
- ¼ C Olive Oil, plus more for serving
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Sugar
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- ¼ tsp. Paprika
- Vegetables and Pita for Serving
Directions:
- Drain garbanzo beans and reserve ½ cup of liquid.
- Add garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil salt, sugar and garlic to food processor. Puree until smooth.
- If mixture is too thick add a few tablespoons at a time of reserved liquid. Once desired texture is achieved, pour into bowl.
- Top with Paprika and additional olive oil. Serve with vegetables and warm pita.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to one week.
