Chocolate Sandwich Cookie Fudge

Ingredients:
- 3c White Chocolate Chips
- 1-14oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 T Vanilla Extract
- 3 T Butter
- 3c Crushed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
Directions:
- Line 8x8 baking dish with enough parchment paper to overhang the sides.
- Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in medium sauce pot.
- Heat over low-medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture is smooth and white chocolate has melted. Remove from heat.
- Add salt, vanilla extract and butter. Stir.
- Add two cups of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
- Pour mixture onto prepared baking dish.
- Top with remaining cup of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
- Cool at room temperature for 2 hours. Cut into desired shape. Enjoy!
