Fudge Brownie

Ingredients:
- 12 T Butter, melted and cooled
- 2 T Oil
- 1C Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 Eggs
- 1 T Vanilla Extract
- 2 T Milk
- ¾ C All-Purpose Flour
- 1 T Corn Starch
- 2/3 C Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 C Dark Chocolate Chips
- ¼ C Walnuts, chopped (optional)
Sundae Toppings:
- 2 C Chocolate or Vanilla Ice Cream
- ¼ C Chocolate Fudge Sauce
- Sprinkles and Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 8x8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine butter, oil, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and milk in a bowl. Mix.
- Sift flour, corn starch and cocoa powder. Add to wet ingredients. Add salt and chocolate chips. Mix well. (Note: mixture will be very thick)
- Spoon into prepared baking dish and spread evenly to edges. Top with walnuts.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
- To make sundaes: Put baked brownie in a sundae cup. Top with ice cream and desired toppings. Enjoy!
