Papa’s Best Cuban Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 4 - hoagie rolls
- 1 tablespoon - yellow mustard
- ½ pound - baked ham (nitrate free), thinly sliced
- ½ pound - roasted pork, thinly sliced
- ½ pound - swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 - dill pickle, thinly sliced
- crazy salt blend, to taste
- non-stick spray
Directions:
- Slice the rolls in half, but not all the way through. Spread each side with the mustard. Layer pickle, cheese, ham, and pork on each roll. Season with salt. Close the sandwich.
- Heat the panini press. Put non stick spray on each side of the press. Place sandwich inside and grill until cheese is melted.
