Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Attach seams of premade pizza dough. Roll to form 8x 24 rectangle using rolling pin.
Spread 2-4 tablespoons of marinara sauce in center of rectangle. Top with shredded mozzarella and then with sausage.
Use pizza cutter or sharp knife to make twenty-four 1-inch cuts starting from the edge and stopping just before the center on both sides of the rectangle.
Fold dough over the center, overlapping each slice before, to form lattice. Fold end pieces over and under to seal roll. Place on baking sheet and shape into a circle.
Brush with egg wash. Bake for 25 minutes or until center of roll registers 185°F when tested with thermometer.
Once cooled slightly brush with olive oil. Season with salt.
Place in center of a large serving platter or cutting board. Warm remaining marinara and place in center for dipping.
Add assorted cheeses and meats to snack board. Assemble for sharing by placing assorted nuts, fruit, dips and crackers on the board. Enjoy!
