Roasted Cauliflower Trees

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl toss the cauliflower florets with lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Pour onto a baking sheet leaving space between each floret. Roast in preheated oven for 20 minutes tossing 3 times during the cooking process.
- Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over the cooked cauliflower and return to the oven for an additional 2 minutes. Place onto a serving platter.
- Combine all the ingredients for the dipping sauce and serve alongside roasted cauliflower.

- 1 Head of Cauliflower, cut into florets
- ½ Lemon, juiced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil

- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- Salt and Pepper
