Mother’s Day Granola Parfait

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 255°F
- Combine all of the ingredients for the granola in a large bowl and toss until all of the ingredients are coated. Pour the mixture onto a large baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes tossing every 5 minutes. Once its cooked allow to cool completely. Extra can be stored in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
- To make the parfait spoon half of the yogurt into 4 serving glasses.
- Make a layer with some of the fresh berries.
- Top the berries with some fresh granola.
- Repeat steps 3, 4, and 5 to finish the parfaits.
- Serve with your moms favorite breakfast drink.

Ingredients:
Granola:
- 2 cups Old Fashion Oats
- 2 cups Bran Flakes
- 2 cups Puffed Rice Cereal
- 1 cup sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 cups Assorted Dried Fruit
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Parfait:
- 2 cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup Raspberries
- ½ cup Strawberries
- ½ cup Blueberries
