Spice Up Your Chicken Sandwich

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, salsa, parsley and cilantro.
  2. Gently stir in chicken and cheese.
  3. Carefully spread chicken mixture on the other side of the bread.
  4. Top with arugula.
  5. Close sandwich and slice.
  6. Garnish with a toothpick and tomato.
