Guacamole and Chips

Directions:
- Cut avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop avocado into a bowl.
- Mash with a whisk or potato masher until chunky.
- Fold in the rest of the ingredients and add salt to taste.
- Serve with Chips or as a topping on your favorite Tex-Mex Dish.

- 1 ounce White Onion diced
