  1. Cut avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop avocado into a bowl.
  2. Mash with a whisk or potato masher until chunky.
  3. Fold in the rest of the ingredients and add salt to taste.
  4. Serve with Chips or as a topping on your favorite Tex-Mex Dish.
