Crispy Baked Shrimp

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425° Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine shrimp, yogurt, salt, pepper, lemon zest and juice in bowl. Mix. Cover and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Combine panko and almonds in small bowl.
- Set up dredging station with panko, flour, paprika, and egg.
- Start by coating shrimp in flour. Next, coat in egg. Finally, coat in panko.
- Place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat step 5 for all shrimp.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy with sweet chili and lime.

- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- Limes or Lemons
