Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Put cantaloupe on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
- In a food processor, puree roasted cantaloupe, ginger ale, lime juice, sugar and salt. Cover and refrigerate soup for 3-4 hours.
- Garnish with a dollop of yogurt and mint.
