Hooray for World Environment Day! This week we have made bite-size Cauliflower Trees that are a healthy snack. We hope your World Environment Day is Twice As Good!

Yield: 4-6 Servings Cooking Time: 25 Minutes Difficulty: Easy


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl toss the cauliflower florets with lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Pour onto a baking sheet leaving space between each floret. Roast in preheated oven for 20 minutes tossing 3 times during the cooking process.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over the cooked cauliflower and return to the oven for an additional 2 minutes. Place onto a serving platter.
  4. Combine all the ingredients for the dipping sauce and serve alongside roasted cauliflower.
