Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwich

Directions:
- Heat large skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Lightly toast in skillet.
- Spread cranberry sauce and mustard on untoasted side of 4 slices of bread.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of gravy on untoasted side of remaining 4 slices of bread.
- On top of gravy, place a layer of turkey, then cheese and ham. Place two leaves of lettuce on top of ham.
- Top with a few tablespoons of stuffing. Close the sandwich with the prepared cranberry toast.
- Wrap sandwich in parchment paper and slightly press. Slice in half. Enjoy!

- 8 slices Whole Grain Bread
- 3 tablespoons Butter, softened
- ¼ cup Turkey or Chicken Gravy
- ¼ cup Cranberry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
- ½ lb Sliced Turkey Breast
- ½ lb Candied Ham
- 1 cup Leftover Stuffing
- 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- 8 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce
- Salt and Pepper
