Fudge Brownie Celebrate National Brownie Day with our Twice As Good Fudge Brownie Sundae! Yield: 4-6 ServingsCooking Time: 40 MinutesDifficulty: EasyDirections: Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 8x8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine butter, oil, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and milk in a bowl. Mix. Sift flour, corn starch and cocoa powder. Add to wet ingredients. Add salt and chocolate chips. Mix well. (Note: mixture will be very thick) Spoon into prepared baking dish and spread evenly to edges. Top with walnuts. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting. To make sundaes: Put baked brownie in a sundae cup. Top with ice cream and desired toppings. Enjoy!
