Directions:
Rinse shrimp in cold water. Set aside.
Combine the garlic, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix and pour over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
Meanwhile mix all of the ingredients for the salsa in a large bowl. Set aside.
Preheat grill or grill pan to a medium high temperature. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from grill, peel and serve with mango salsa. Enjoy!
