Super Food Smoothies

Directions:
- Pour the yogurt, ice, almond milk and honey into the blender.
- Choose your favorite fruit combination and add all of the ingredients to the smoothie base.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour into a large cup. Enjoy!

- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 cups Ice Cubes
- 1 cup Almond or Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
Green Smoothie
- 2 cups Spinach Leaves
- 1 cup Cucumber
- 6-9 Raw Almonds
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Berry Smoothie
- 1 cup Blueberries
- ½ cup Black Berries
- 1 cup Raspberries
- ½ cup Grapes
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
Strawberry Grapefruit Smoothie
- 2 cups Strawberries, stems removed
- ½ cup Grapefruit Juice
- 2 Bananas
- 1 teaspoon Flaxseed Meal
Peach Smoothie
- 2 cups Peaches
- 2 Bananas
- 1 cup Blood Orange Juice
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder
Pineapple Coconut Smoothie
- 2 cups Fresh Pineapple Chunks
- 1 cup Raw Coconut Shavings
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 1 Banana
