Celebrate the 4th of July with our Twice As Good BBQ Chicken!

Yield: 6-8 Servings Cooking Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes Difficulty: Easy

  1. Cut the whole chicken into 8 pieces. Set aside.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients for the rub in a small bowl.
  3. Generously coat the chicken with the rub, place in a large container and cover. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  4. To make the BBQ sauce pour all of the ingredients into a medium size sauce pot. Cook over low heat stirring frequently for 15-20 minutes. Separate the BBQ sauce into two bowls for serving and basting.
