Directions:

1. In a blender combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, blueberries, and strawberries. Blend until smooth. Pass the juice through a strainer to remove the seeds.
2. Skewer the pineapples and lime slices on the decorative toothpicks.
3. To assemble, scoop the shaved ice into a paper snow cone cup making sure that there is a rounded top. Slowly pour the juice over the ice and garnish with the fruit skewers.
