- Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together and salt to taste. Refrigerate for service.
- Put salad in a bowl. Garnish with a lime slice that has been cut halfway and twisted.
- 8 Large Conch, diced large
- 6 Tomatoes, diced large
- 1 Red pepper, cored and seeded, diced small
- 1 Green pepper, cored and seeded, diced small
- 2 Celery, diced small
- 1 Yellow onion, peeled, diced small
- 1 Cucumber, diced small
- 1½ cup Lime juice
- ½ cup Orange juice
- ½ Goat pepper, chopped fine
