Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together and salt to taste. Refrigerate for service.
  2. Put salad in a bowl. Garnish with a lime slice that has been cut halfway and twisted.

  • 6 Tomatoes, diced large
  • 1 Red pepper, cored and seeded, diced small
  • 1 Green pepper, cored and seeded, diced small

  • 1 Yellow onion, peeled, diced small
  • 1 Cucumber, diced small
  • 1½ cup Lime juice
  • ½ cup Orange juice
  • ½ Goat pepper, chopped fine
  • Salt
