Don't Be Crabby Shrimp Salad
Yield: 4-6 Cooking Time: 15 Difficulty: Easy

Directions:

  1. Combine shrimp, crab, mango, green onion, and red onion and frisée in a bowl and lightly toss.
  2. Place the ingredients for the dressing in a jar. Secure the lid and give the dressing a shake.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss very gently.
  4. Place salad on a platter. Enjoy cold.

  • 1 pound Small Shrimp, Cooked and Pealed
  • 1 can Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
  • 1 Mango, diced
  • 1 Green Onion, sliced thin
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 cups Frisée Lettuce
  • Dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice
  • ½ cup Light Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
