Super Sore Throat Popsicle
Yield: 6 servings Cooking Time: 5 minutes Difficulty: Easy

Directions:

  1. Puree strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a large pitcher or measuring cup mix water, lemon concentrate and pureed strawberries.
  3. Carefully pour liquid into molds Popsicle molds. Place a few mint leaves in each mold.
  4.  Freeze until firm.
