- Turn blender to high and slowly drizzle in the oil. Season with salt.

- ½ clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Malt (rompo) Vinegar
- 1/16t Xanthan Gum
- ½ cup Grape Seed or Vegetable Oil
- ½ Egg Yolk
