- Preheat oven to 300° F.
- Tear kale leaves from stems and chop.
- Place in bowl and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well until the kale is fully coated. Season with salt.
- Lay the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet and top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
- 2 bunches - Kale, washed and dried
- 3 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- ¼ cup - Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup - Parmesan Cheese
