Crispy Kale
Yield: 4 servings Cooking Time: 25 minutes Difficulty: Easy


  1. Preheat oven to 300° F.
  2. Tear kale leaves from stems and chop.
  3. Place in bowl and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well until the kale is fully coated. Season with salt.
  4. Lay the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet and top with parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
