Jump for Ginger Fruit Salad

Directions:

  • 1 - lime, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons - mint, chopped
  • 1 pint - blueberries, stems removed
  • 1 - pineapple, peeled and diced
  • 2 - gala apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 pint - raspberries
  • 1 can - mandarin oranges
