- In a large bowl combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, saffron, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover and allow them to marinate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°
- Place the marinated shrimp on a baking tray in a single layer. Roast for 10-12 minutes turning once. Serve warm.
