Mini Tomato Tarts
Yield: 4-6 Cooking Time: 15 Difficulty: Easy Full Episode: Fantastic Finger Food (Season 3)


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Lay mini filo cups on a baking sheet in an even layer and bake in the oven for 3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle each filo cup with a pinch of mozzarella cheese
  4. Place one half of the grape tomato in each filo cup.
  5. Top with goat cheese, basil, olive oil and a touch of salt and pepper. Bake the cups for 4 minutes.
