Asian Burgers
Yield: 4 Servings Cooking Time: 30 Minutes Difficulty: Easy Full Episode: Best Burgers Ever! (Season 3)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Combine all ingredients for the burgers except for the iceberg lettuce in a large bowl. Work the ingredients together with hands or using a fork.
  3. Form the mixture into four 4-ounce patties and place on baking tray that has been fitted with a baking rack.
  4. Bake the patties for 15 minutes. Once they have cooked place them on top of the iceberg lettuce.
  5. To make the topping, combine and toss all of the ingredients. Place a spoonful on top of each cooked burger.

  • ½ cup Panko Bread Crumbs

  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Green Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 4 leaves Iceberg Lettuce, whole large
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
