Directions:
- Put coconut water, lime zest, and mint in a blender. Blend well and pour into ice molds. Allow ice to freeze overnight.
- In a pitcher combine the lime soda, lime juice, water, and sugar. Mix until all of the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the frozen coconut ice and stir. Serve in chilled glasses.

- ½ cup Mint, chopped
