Happy Tummy Greek Burgers
Yield: 4 Servings Cooking Time: 20 Minutes Difficulty: Easy Full Episode: Best Burgers Ever! (Season 3)

Directions:

  1. Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil until soft. Let cool.
  2. Add the turkey, spinach, peppers, onions and garlic.
  3. Add the feta, egg whites, and the whole-wheat crackers. Lightly mix.
  4. Form the mixture into four 4-ounce patties.
  5. Grill burgers for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  6. Place on whole wheat bun and serve with lettuce, sliced tomatoes and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
