Very Veggie Pizza
Yield: 6 servings Cooking Time: 15 minutes Difficulty: Easy

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Brush pizza crust with olive oil. Sprinkle crust with Italian seasoning.
  3. Spoon pizza sauce on crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with squash, zucchini, onion, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with feta cheese and basil.
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cheese should be melted and crust lightly browned.

  • 1 - Zucchini, grated
  • ¾ cup - Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ⅔ cup - Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • ¾ teaspoon - Italian Seasoning
  • ½ cup - Basil, shredded
